Fresh flowers may dehydrate during long-distance transportation. Upon receipt, trim 1-3 cm off the stem ends and place the flowers in water for 6 to 12 hours to rehydrate. Do not leave flowers sealed in packaging for a long time, as heat buildup will cause rotting.
Flower loss within 10% is considered normal. If the damage exceeds 10%, please contact our customer service for compensation.
